Please review the important information below regarding exchanges and shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
• We do not accept returns.
• We do not offer refunds.
• We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with our store policy.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Due to hygiene standards, earrings are non-exchangeable unless defective.
How Exchanges Work with Tabby
If you exchange an item purchased using Tabby:
Your Tabby plan continues as normal
• Your original installment plan remains active and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• You must continue scheduled payments to Tabby.
If the new item is more expensive
• The price difference must be paid using credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.
If the new item is less expensive
• Store credit will be issued for the price difference.
• Refunds are not provided, including for Tabby purchases.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
• We offer free shipping on the original order within the UAE.
• For exchanges, return and re-delivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping fees must be paid via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.
• Tabby cannot be used to pay shipping charges.

UAE: 1–3 business days
GCC: 3–7 business days
International: 5–10 business days
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and tracking details are provided once shipped.
KAERA is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or courier delays.
